Terms of Use

Goldwire provides educational content, courses, membership features, affiliate tools, and related account services. You may use the platform for personal learning and legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and any activity under your account.

Do not abuse the platform, interfere with its systems, scrape or redistribute protected content, misrepresent Goldwire, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Goldwire content, curriculum, design, branding, videos, lessons, and materials belong to Goldwire or its licensors. Your purchase or membership gives you access, not ownership or resale rights.

Goldwire teaches skills and frameworks, but does not guarantee income, employment, business results, personal outcomes, or financial performance.

Privacy

Goldwire collects account information, profile information, course activity, payment records handled through Stripe, and referral/affiliate tracking data. We use this information to run the product, process payments, provide access, improve the platform, and support affiliate attribution.

Goldwire may use cookies, including referral cookies. We do not sell personal data. Third-party processors may include Supabase, Stripe, hosting providers, and related infrastructure vendors.

Payments and Refunds

Goldwire may sell memberships, one-time course purchases, and other digital products. Because Goldwire provides digital education and access may begin immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly approved by Goldwire in writing.

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling a membership stops future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior payments. Access may continue through the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

If self-serve billing management is not available in your account, contact support@goldwire.com for cancellation help.

Affiliate Program Terms

Goldwire may offer an affiliate program with recurring commissions on eligible referred membership payments. Commissions may be pending, reviewed, approved, voided, or paid according to program rules and payout timing.

Affiliates may not self-refer, spam, impersonate Goldwire, make misleading claims, or promise outcomes. Fraudulent, refunded, disputed, self-referred, or ineligible activity may be voided.

Limitation of Liability

Goldwire is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Goldwire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform.
